First 2013 Cambridge #RaspberryJam podcast

Rob and Lawrence from Cambridge 105 attended the first Raspberry Jam we held in Cambridge this year at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences. There was a podcast from a week or so later that I completely failed to find until Boris Adryan, who helped me organise the Jam, pointed it out. The podcast includes background on the Jam and some of the projects shown and interviews with:

  • Boris and his son Finnegan about using Scratch on the Pi when you’re just 7 years old!
  • Neil Ford who is a volunteer with Code Club speaking about getting schools involved with technology through this initiative.
  • Arron from PiBorg talking about their products.
  • The Aberyswyth Sailbot Team talking about the then-upcoming USA Sailbot competition. (They eventually finished 3rd, which is what they were aiming for!)

They interviewed me as well, but frankly I’m not the World’s best interviewee and the four people they did feature on the programme had much more interesting things to say.
