Raspberry Pi GPIO for the software geek | LinuxFest Northwest 2013

Low Voltage Labs presented on working with the GPIO at LinuxFest Northwest a few days ago. The session covered:

  • An overview of the GPIO
  • Basic electronics needed to connect to it
  • Flashing an LED
  • Reading an input
  • Connecting an LCD module to I2C
