I have both those cases and they are both excellent but in different ways. The ModMyPi case has a key advantage over the Cyntech case in that the Pi screws to the base and the top is quick release. This means its good for keeping your Pi in whilst you mock things up as you can quickly pop the top on and off. The Cyntech case however has an advantage over the ModMyPi case in that the light guides make the indicators lights much clearer, it has wall mount keyholes in the back and you can also get an SD card protector.
Overall I prefer the ModMyPi case for mockups and transfer to a Cyntech when its finished.
