#RaspberryPi or BeagleBone Black

Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone Black » Michael Leonard

Michael Leonard has blogged a comparison of the Pi and the Beaglebone Black. Once again the spectre of ‘open-ness’ appears again, which is just starting to get tiresome. Apart from that aspect though, it’s a good article. Some of the images don’t work for me, but you may have better luck. Read the article here

Hey there, thanks for the link! I’m sorry that the “openness” subject isn’t your cup of tea but it is an important topic, especially for my target audience of makers.

Any way you could let me know which images aren’t working for you? I’d like to fix that.

Hmm there’s seems to be a mistake in that article. Looking at the table they claim you can run Ubuntu on the Raspberry Pi. AFAIK this isn’t true and may be an important feature for some people.

Fixed. Thanks for bringing that up, I don’t know where I came up with that.
