I have no affiliation to either supplier and haven&#8217;t received any review products &#8211; just doing a quick summary for those who like buying bits!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.modmypi.com\/shop\/flexible-camera-mount\"><strong>Gooseneck Camera Mount<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>First up is this \u00a33.99 camera mount from ModMyPi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.modmypi.com\/shop\/flexible-camera-mount\"><img src='\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/raspberry-pi-camera-mount-3-498x4981.jpg' alt='ModMyPi | RPi Camera Board 360 Flexible Gooseneck Mount' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It plugs into the 3.5mm jack one one end and on the other end has a fixing for one of the mounting holes on the camera. Very simple design, very good price.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shop.pimoroni.com\/collections\/kits\/products\/adafruit-standalone-5-pad-capacitive-touch-sensor-breakout\"><strong>Capacitive Touch Sensor<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next is this Adafruit board which allows you to wire up 5 touch sensors and, for instance, detect when your finger touches a wire or touch pad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.modmypi.com\/shop\/flexible-camera-mount\"><img src='\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/1362touch_LRG_1024x10241.jpg' alt='ModMyPi | RPi Camera Board 360 Flexible Gooseneck Mount' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Looks interesting and might get one for the Picorder &#8211; \u00a38 isn&#8217;t bad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shop.pimoroni.com\/products\/pibow-timber\"><strong>Pibow Timber<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pimoroni, who make all the varieties of Pibow, have launched a new mostly-wooden case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.modmypi.com\/shop\/flexible-camera-mount\"><img src='\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Natural_2_of_3_large1.jpg' alt='ModMyPi | RPi Camera Board 360 Flexible Gooseneck Mount' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Made out of spruce hardwood layers (and plastic top-and-bottom), it really is a thing of beauty. At \u00a314.95, it&#8217;s a touch pricey for a case, but it&#8217;s so pretty I&#8217;m not surprised it comes with a bit of a premium. As usual with Pibows, there are slots for the GPIO cable and the camera strip.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shop.pimoroni.com\/collections\/pibow\/products\/piglow\"><strong>PiGlow<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another item from Pimoroni. This is a little board with surface-mounted LEDs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.modmypi.com\/shop\/flexible-camera-mount\"><img src='\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/PiGlow_Side_large1.jpg' alt='ModMyPi | RPi Camera Board 360 Flexible Gooseneck Mount' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It comes with 18 LEDs (three each of orange, red, yellow, green, blue and white) and is controlled using an onboard PWM chip which means you can dim the lights independently.<\/p>\n<p>At \u00a39 it&#8217;s not too bad, considering what you can do with it.
