From their information:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The UPiS Module is an advanced powering module that powers your Raspberry PI with\u00a0Uninterrupted Power intelligent Supply. It is equipped with LIPO battery 1200\/2600 mAh as\u00a0also with buck\/boost switching power converter. There is no need for any additional cabling,\u00a0as a smart measure system is continuously checking powering voltage and consumed\u00a0current, and when the cable power is absent, automatically switches to the battery source.<\/p>\n<p>During battery powering process it is still automatically checking power consumption and\u00a0when cable power is available again, it switches off automatically the battery source<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Okay, slightly odd use of the English language (they might even be a Greek company, which would explain it) but it sounds like an interesting board.
