He then uses the <a href=\"http:\/\/openweathermap.org\/api\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OpenWeatherMap API<\/a>\u00a0to get weather data and then blits it to the matrix. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.instructables.com\/id\/Raspberry-Pi-Scrolling-Sign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The tutorial is here<\/a>\u00a0and you can see a video of the matrix in action below.
