The Southend Raspberry Jam Team and Essex Libraries have teamed up to offer the second Chelmsford Raspberry Jam<\/strong>. It will take place on Saturday 13th February from 10am-5pm<\/strong> at Chelmsford Library. This one will feature talks, workshops and show-and-tell. They need lots of people to attend, and lots of people to help, so please be generous with your time if you can be!
