Picademy@Google will take place on\u00a0the dates shown below at a pop-up space known as a &#8220;Digital Garage&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>21st \u2013 22nd May 2015<\/li>\n<li>8th \u2013 9th June 2015<\/li>\n<li>8th \u2013 9th July 2015<\/li>\n<li>4th \u2013 5th August<\/li>\n<li>5th \u2013 6th October<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Run by hand-picked community members and educators, these two-day sessions\u00a0will be &#8220;a mix of hands-on making, project-based learning and general hacking&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/picademyatgoogle-leeds\/\" target=\"_blank\">find out more details here<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raspberrypi.org\/picademy-at-google\/\" target=\"_blank\">apply for a space on the courses here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is a really fantastic initiative and could be the start of something incredible &#8211; a portable, two-day syllabus of CPD for teachers that can be put into different areas of the country making it accessible to a much wider range of educators.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Foundation has just announced a new programme of Picademy training at a centre in Leeds.
