On Tuesday, young Pi enthusiast and teacher-of-code Andrew Mulholland<\/a> travelled to London to take part in the awards ceremony for the\u00a0TalkTalk Digital Heroes 2014 in the House of Commons. As well as receiving the Next Generation prize, Andrew also walked away as\u00a0the\u00a0overall winner! This young man does so much for the Pi community, especially in his native Northern Ireland, and it’s great to see him getting recognition for it!<\/p>\n

Also at the ceremony was Alan O’Donohoe (of Raspberry Jam fame) who collected the prize for\u00a0Volunteer Digital Hero.<\/p>\n

Sounds like everyone had a great time and it’s wonderful to see people involved in the Pi community get recognised at such a prestigious event.<\/p>\n
