I didn’t manage to get to the latest MK Raspberry Jam due to Church commitments. However, there are two brilliant write-ups of the action. The first is from Gill Clough, which is a broad round-up, and the second is from David Whale who focuses on his presentation on STEM clubs featuring the Raspberry Pi.
The Foundation has published a post from Belgian Geert Maertens who has been working with a school in a remote area of Cameroon. They have successfully set up an advanced computer lab with 25 Raspberry Pis. This lab isn’t even connected to the main power network – all the electricity comes from a small generator. They hope to eventually connect to the Internet bringing a rare slice of high-tech to a low-tech region. Read the whole post here
