Microscopy with the Raspberry Pi

The leader of the Purbeck STEM club took an Intel QX3 microscope toy and retro fitted it with a Raspberry Pi camera module. This required removing the lens from the module and then attaching it to the eye-piece of the QX3. Full instructions on how they did it are available here. It’s a nice use of a piece of equipment that was stored in a cupboard gathering dust.
